What Repliqo does
You paste in a customer review, and we write three replies for you to choose from and copy back yourself. We never post anything on your behalf, and we never invent facts about you or your business - a reply only says what you told us in your business details.
Your account
You need a real email address to sign up, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Free gives you 5 replies a month, at no cost, for as long as you want them - it is not a trial and never expires. Unlimited and Connected are paid plans for when that is not enough. You can stop a paid plan whenever you like, and you keep it until the end of the period you have already paid for.
The reviews you paste in
Only paste in reviews that are genuinely about your own business, from a review a customer actually left. You are responsible for what you paste and for the reply you choose to publish - we generate suggestions, but you decide what goes out under your name.
No guarantees on what the model writes
We do our best to make every reply sound like you and fit the review, but we cannot guarantee a reply is free of mistakes. Read every reply before you use it - you are publishing it, not us.
Payment and cancelling
Paid plans are not open yet. Once they are, card payments are handled by Stripe and billed monthly; [REFUND POLICY - e.g. "we do not offer refunds for part of a month already paid for" once you have decided]. You can cancel at any time from your account page, or by writing to help@repliqo.co.uk.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects you, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
