Frequently asked questions

What does Repliqo actually do?

You paste in a customer review from Google, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, Checkatrade or Facebook. Repliqo writes three replies - a warm one, a formal one, and a short one - and you copy whichever one fits and post it yourself.

Does Repliqo post the reply for me?

Not today. On Free and Unlimited, you copy the reply and post it on the review site yourself. Connected (coming soon, £24.99 a month) will fetch your reviews automatically and post your reply once you have said yes to it.

How much does Repliqo cost?

Free gives you 5 replies a month for nothing, no card needed. Unlimited is £9.99 a month, and Connected is £24.99 a month (coming soon).

Is there a free trial?

No trial to remember to cancel. Free is free for as long as you want it, and the paid plans just buy more replies, not different ones.

Will the AI invent things my business never said, or argue with a reviewer?

No. Repliqo never states a fact the review did not mention, never promises a refund or compensation, and never argues with a reviewer or implies they are mistaken, even where they plainly are. It writes an acknowledgement, not a defence.

Can I connect Repliqo to Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Create an API key under My account, and an AI assistant that supports MCP can list your reviews, write a reply, or check how many you have left, without you opening the dashboard.

What happens to the reviews I paste in?

They are stored against your business so you can find them again under Past reviews, and nowhere else. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
